Good Loukoumi (Greek delight) requires knowledge. It needs the aura of Constantinople and the Chiotian mastery. It requires patience from the copper cauldron, correct proportions for the products and the materials that bind together.
Brought to the island during the 19th century from the East, Konstantinople, were enriched with local strong aromas as mastic and rose.
They are served with coffee, tea or just a glass of water.
